We’re averaging 18,000 SF of EcoSpan deck and 19,500 SF of load-bearing wall panels every 5 working days on this 570,000 SF monster right by Linden’s train station.
From the transfer deck up, the pace is hot and the skyline is changing fast.
We’re bringing to life 334 apartments with:
✔️ Pre-panelized load-bearing wall panels + cranage
✔️ EcoSpan composite floor system
✔️ Steel pour pan stairs & misc. steel fabrication.(All completed)
✔️ Pre-fabricated balconies
