Good Morning Port Imperial!
We’re back — this time with a cinematic look at our latest build right on the Hudson River, facing Manhattan’s skyline.
The view? Unreal.
Project Highlights:
• 9 stories• 200,000 SF of off-site pre-panelized Cold-Formed Steel load-bearing walls
• Comslab floor system
Our scope:
Full installation of all pre-fab wall panels, the Comslab deck and all structural steel — setting the foundation for another efficient and solid structure in a truly iconic location.
(The music’s not my usual style… but the drone team went wild — and the work holds up just fine.)
